Articles must be submitted exclusively through the SEER platform, following the system steps.

If the article contains photographic images and/or graphic drawings, these must be submitted in their original format, in separate files, not inserted in the text. The approximate place where figures should be inserted must be indicated in the text file, along with their captions.

The publication of articles is subject to prior approval by the journal’s Editors, and subsequently submitted to a double-blind review by at least two external referees. Final acceptance depends on the referees’ recommendations, implementation of the necessary revisions by the author(s), and final approval by the Editorial Committee. The manuscript must include, in the following order:

a) Title of the text: in the original language and in English, highlighted only in italics and formatted as follows: only the first word of the title and proper nouns in uppercase, all other words in lowercase. If the original language is English, the translated title must be presented in Portuguese.

b) Author(s) qualification: Submitted papers must include the author’s academic qualification data, such as: author’s name, academic qualification with institutional affiliation (institutions where they are currently enrolled or employed as faculty, as well as institutions where they obtained their academic degrees—specialization, master’s, doctorate, etc.), professional information, and e-mail, provided in a footnote linked to each name.

c) Abstract: The Abstract in the original language must be written in a single paragraph, between 100 and 150 words, accompanied by three keywords. Following this, the Abstract in English must be provided, following the same rules (ABNT NBR 6028). If the original language is English, a Portuguese version of the abstract must be provided.

d) Body of the text:

i) Introduction: Must contain the definition of the research problem, the research objectives, and elements contextualizing the article’s theme within one of the research lines proposed by the Journal;
ii) Development: The main part of the article containing the ordered and detailed description of the central subject of the article (ABNT NBR 6024);
iii) Conclusion/Research Results: Containing the answer to the research problem posed, with the authors’ conclusions.

e) References: According to ABNT NBR 6023.
