Peer Review Process

The journal has an Editorial Board responsible for evaluating the submissions, composed of distinguished professionals with significant scientific output. The evaluation process begins with verifying compliance with the guidelines and the research lines of Lawgorithm: Iberoamerican Journal on Artificial Intelligence and Law. The evaluation system follows the classical model based on the rules of double-blind review (scientific evaluation without identification of authors and/or reviewers). Once selected for publication, the articles proceed to the stages of review, layout, and subsequent publication in the electronic content of the journal.
